Many mechanical engineers find it difficult to meet the high quality requirements neccessary for aerospace parts. We are happy to accept the challenge.
We are producing parts by using CAM directly in our CAD system. This largely eliminates transmission errors on the way to production.
Our production capabilities
- Bending parts, laser parts, milled parts, turned parts, turned-milled parts,
- Manufacturing of fits and press-fitting of components (e.g. bearings),
- Parts made of composite materials with complex geometry,
- Quality control with regularly calibrated measuring tools.
To ensure that a part fits perfectly into your experimental, we can produce and send you a precise 3D print before the actual part is manufactured.
As some of the alloys that were previously available can hardly be found on the market nowadays, we use modern materials with higher quality properties whenever possible. A small excerpt from our portfolio:
- Metals
- High-strength aluminum alloys (e.g. EN AW 2017/7075, for welded parts EN AW 6061 /
- High-strength chrome-molybdenum alloys (e.g. 42CrMo4, for welded parts 25CrMo4).
- Corrosion protection for aluminum through anodizing (colored, too), otherwise galvanic protection (e.g. zinc / nickel) and / or powder coating.
- Fiber composites
- Matrix: aerospace-approved epoxy resins (e.g. EP385),
- Reinforcement fibers: glass, aramid (Kevlar®), Carbon fiber or hybrid fabric (e.g. carbon / Kevlar),
- Manufactured by hand lamination or vacuum pressing.
- Temperature treatment (tempering) to achieve higher strengths and / or temperature stability.
- Plastics
- PTFE (Teflon®),

- Fittings, brackets, bolts,
- Gears, housings, pulleys,
- Wheel axles, rims,
- Aluminium tanks (including pressure and leak test),
